The series of events organised for the 50th anniversary of TÜMAŞ concluded with a closing programme at our Ankara headquarters. More than 200 representatives from public institutions, universities and the private sector attended the panels devoted to the transformation of engineering consultancy in Turkey.
The central axis of the programme was the question of how half a century of accumulated technical experience can be transferred to the next generations. Academics, public administrators and industry leaders discussed a broad agenda ranging from PPP projects to sustainable infrastructure.
An exhibition area showcasing flagship projects we have completed at home and abroad over the past decade was also set up. Technical documentation and design processes for anchor projects such as Aksaz Naval Base Command, Sanaa Training Hospital and the Turkey National Botanic Garden were shared with the public.
