Chairman's Message

Founded in 1969 by Mr. Turgut Özal, TÜMAŞ has been Turkish engineering's voice in the international arena for over half a century. From day one, we have made it a foundational principle to combine engineering know-how with ethical values and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Today, our work spans 8 sectors and over 40 countries — proof of the soundness of our founding philosophy: lasting value must always be preferred over short-term gain. Our public-private partnership model gives us a structure that protects national interests while remaining nimble in international competition.

Our vision for the future is clear: in an age where digitalisation, sustainability, and climate resilience are redefining engineering itself, we will continue to represent Türkiye's technical heritage at a global scale, offer meaningful careers to young engineers, and leave lasting works in every country we partner with.
